Japanese director Norio Tsuruta and screenwriter Midori Sato began publishing children’s horror novels under Kadokawa’s “Tsubasa Bunko” brand in June 2015, and the 28th volume was released on May 13. Storm Collector The book has circulated a total of 1 million copies.
Niko Yuuki drew the manga adaptation on Comic Gene from September 2021 to February 2022. Kadokawa published the manga in a single volume in March 2022.
Yen Press acquired the English license for the novel and manga adaptations, and released the manga volume and the sixth novel volume in May 2025.
