“No,” He admits. “We are doing our best to recover as quickly as possible. It won’t take two years [between seasons]but we’re trying to make it as compressed as possible. “
That’s potentially great news for fans, especially given the sheer scale of bringing the Wizarding World back to life (there’s also the small issue of making sure the show’s young actors don’t outgrow their roles). Bloys was also asked if the previously announced ten-year plan for the series was still intact.
“Who knows?” he mused. “Each book is a big deal. I’m thinking season by season now about what it all adds up to.”
One thing Bloys is more certain about is the show’s launch, starting this December Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone. “Christmas will be a great launch day for Harry Potter,” He agreed.
