The Tamagocthi came a little late for me back in the ’90s, but it was a real fad at the time and, unlike many electronic toys of the time, it has not only survived the decades but thrived. Impressive for a pet raising simulator!
The Tamagotchi Pop-Up will open its doors to welcome customers in FFriday, November 6. Located at 60 Broadwick Street, in the capital’s lively Soho district.
From the press release:
The pop-up will be packed with an exciting selection of exclusive items, not available anywhere else, for fans to purchase, including Tamagotchi Destination UK and 30th Anniversary specials, Tama Space and a host of exclusive additional London-themed products. Special pins, patches, stickers, tote bags, apparel and more will be available for fans to pick up in-store. These exclusive items will sit alongside many popular Tamagotchi products that will be fully stocked on shelves, including Tamagotchi stickers from SunStar, exclusively designed plushies from Nui Tamagotchi London, Shokugan keychains and collectible figures, Tamagotchi bath bombs, Tamagotchi Nanoblock and, of course, Tamagotchi Original, Connection, Nano and Paradise devices.
There will also be the chance to win additional special prizes through regular giveaways, and new products will continually be added to shelves, with news and announcements shared across Tamagotchi’s social channels.
A must-visit for new and returning Tamagotchi fans, the Tamagotchi Pop-Up will be open until December 31, 2026, so be sure to stop by before it’s too late!
