The winner’s name and city/state/province will be published on AnimeNewsNetwork.com and their mailing address will be provided to our sponsor and/or selected shipping agent (example: USPS) and no one else. Winner’s address and email address will be deleted once the prize is shipped. The names, emails and mailing addresses of non-winners will not be disclosed to anyone and will be deleted once the winner is confirmed. Non-winners will not be contacted, spammed or harassed in any way. We reserve the right to retroactively add new rules when and how we see fit.
