Marco VS King
Marco has lived the life of a pirate since he was a child. He was raised by one of the most powerful men in history. Marco travels around the world aboard Moby-Dick and is mentored by Edward Newgate. Marco is strong, experienced and well respected. This allowed him to come into conflict with admirals and pirate emperors.
Albert has abandoned blood. Under unknown circumstances, he and his people were brought to the brink of extinction. The World Government captured him when he was young and they have been experimenting on his body for years. They tortured Alber as a living test dummy. Everything is to test the limits of his lunar body. By chance, Albert was freed from his shackles and given a new life among pirates. The beast that saved his life was the same beast that fought alongside Rocks D. Zebex against the world.
Kaido is the one who gave Albert the name “King”. The Moonmen were taught war and chaos. Using what he learned, he became a fierce pirate of the New World. However, despite King’s vast experience as an actor, he is offset by Phoenix’s graceful power.
The flames of the moon are in vain
Marco has fire resistance. In some cases, he was able to extinguish or mitigate the fire. He survived the Emperor’s fire and the Admiral’s lava. The power the two of them possess is far more powerful than the king.
King’s signature skill is of no use to Marco. His Luna power, Fire, poses no real threat. Jin’s other violent skills are also mostly in vain. His swordsmanship and martial arts skills were not enough to defeat Marco. The power of King Haki is not enough to offset Phoenix’s rebirth.
Marco can hurt the king

Because of this, Jin was unable to rely on his Lunar defenses during their conflict. Marco bled out within just a few minutes of the fight. There is a world of difference from Roronoa Zoro.
