Q: Outside of music, what activities or hobbies inspire you and influence your creativity?
Nami Tamaki: I ride a motorcycle, watch anime, play games and draw. Sometimes I also go to museums.
Q: Your songs Gundam Seed, D. Gray-Man, and kiba have become iconic and nostalgic memories for many Filipinos. Can you share with us what your experience has been like performing these beloved anisongs on your Starbound Tour?
Nami Tamaki: I felt very happy because everyone sang in Japanese so loudly that I thought it would blow up the place. It makes me incredibly happy to feel that over the years people have continued to love the songs that mean so much to me.
Q: What was your reaction when you found out you were going to perform in the Philippines? Do you have any message you want to share with your Filipino fans?
Nami Tamaki: I received comments on social media saying how happy they are that I am returning to the Philippines and it made me very happy to know that there are people waiting for me.
I promise it will be an exciting and fun time, so let’s enjoy the live show together!
