On September 25, Chūshū no Meigetsu (Harvest Moon) is celebrated in Japan. Sometimes called Jūgoya (Jugoya). The day is often celebrated with Tsukimi moon viewing and displays of Tsukimi Dango (moon viewing rice dumplings), chestnuts and susuki (Chinese silver grass). Anime and manga are no strangers to Tsukimi, so let’s check out all the moon views from this year’s Chūshū no Meigetsu from the worlds of anime and manga:
