After its successful launch last year and a pretty engaging TIME CRISIS tournament earlier this year, the G’AIM’E team is now re-releasing the Plug & Play Gun Controller Game with Arctic Gray Light Guns and will be exclusive to ARGOS in the UK and MediaMarkt in Spain.
Set to release on November 12, 2026 and priced at £199.99, this CLASSIC PACK contains two Arctic Gray Light guns, replicating the color scheme of the original G-Con 45 (Guncon) controller, the Plug & Play console with built-in TIME CRISIS, Point Blank, Steel Gunner and Steel Gunner 2 games, the foot pedal (for use with TIME CRISIS only) and a commemorative gun. golden Packaged in a single box with the relevant cables to plug and play on your television.
For those who are not familiar with the G’AIM’E Plug & Play Console, it is a console that allows users to play TIME CRISIS, Point Blank and Steel Gunner games on any type of TV screen. Simply connect the cables to the console (shown above) and the HDMI cable to your TV and you’ll soon find yourself heading back to the ’90s with classic arcade light gun action. I managed to test the device back in August last year and found it to be a great arcade-like experience, especially for those who don’t have room for arcade1up machines.
Originally, the G’AIM’E Plug & Play console was launched as a Kickstarter campaign, which achieved massive success, before being released as a general product worldwide. The product has since been available for purchase at various retailers in two different forms. A pack with 1 gun and a pin, costing £149, as well as a pack with 2 guns and an acrylic stand for £199.
Meanwhile, this CLASSIC 2-Gun Arctic Gray Light BUNDLE will be released on November 12, 2026 as an Argos UK exclusive and is currently available for pre-order for £199.99.
